- Stock in and stock out logs with SKU drop-downs; stock on hand is calculated for every product with SUMIFS
- Low-stock highlighting: rows turn amber at the reorder level, red at zero and purple when more was sold than received
- Stock value at cost and at selling price, plus stock value per category
- Sales summary for 12 months: units sold, revenue, cost of goods, gross profit and margin, and the result per category
- Dashboard with a reorder list that suggests an order quantity, top 10 sellers by revenue and a monthly chart
