Terms

One document for everything HiddenWay offers. "We" is HOMAFARVESAGA, trading as HiddenWay, Skyttehusgade 22B st, 7100 Vejle, Denmark, CVR 45135381, VAT DK45135381, hello@hiddenway.info. By using a product you accept the general terms and the section for that product.

General

• Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies; the price you see before paying is the price you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your rights to withdraw and to a refund are on the refund page; your data is described in the privacy policy.
• Acceptable use: do not break the law, attack or overload our services, scrape them at scale, resell access, or share an account or purchase with others.
• Availability: we aim for continuous service but give no guarantee; we may change or stop a free feature.
• Liability: we are liable as Danish law requires, including for intent and gross negligence. Beyond that, our liability for a paid product is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
• Law and venue: Danish law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country and may go to your local courts; otherwise disputes go to the courts in Denmark.
• We may update these terms; changes do not affect a purchase already made.

NurseSim

The free plan and the Pass include what the Plans screen shows on the day you use it. A Pass is a single payment for a fixed number of days; it does not renew by itself. It belongs to one person, on at most two devices. NurseSim is a study aid: it does not replace official exam material, clinical judgement or professional advice, and we do not promise any exam result.

Plainwork files

Digital files from the Shop come with a personal licence: you may use them for yourself or your own business, and edit them. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files or make them available for download elsewhere. If a file does not open, we replace or refund it.

Newsroom Atlas and Press Desk

The directory lists publicly available information about news outlets. We try to keep it accurate but it may be out of date; check before relying on it. A listed outlet can ask for a correction or removal by email. Do not use contact data for bulk unsolicited mailing.

News videos

Summaries are generated automatically from published reports and are not checked by a journalist; read the original, which every page links to. Photographs belong to the outlets credited; rights holders can ask us to remove an image.

ShadowLingua and English

Practice material for personal study. Audio and text are for your own use and may not be redistributed. Voices are synthetic and labelled as such.

HiddenWay Tools

Small utilities provided as they are. Unless a page says it runs on our server, your input stays on your device. Check important results yourself.

Studio

Custom work starts when you accept a written quote that states scope, price, delivery date and revisions. The quote's terms apply together with these. Ownership of the result and any portfolio use are stated in the quote.
