Sources and licences
Questions here come from two places, and each question says which.
Openly licensed textbooks
Questions marked adapted from come from the review activities of open textbooks published by WisTech Open under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). The question, its options and its keyed answer are the book's. We removed numbering, put the options in a different order, and left out activities that depend on a picture, a recording or an earlier case. Where a short explanation appears without the words the explanation is ours, it is the book's own feedback. Each question links the chapter it came from.

Our own questions and explanations
The rest are written for this project. Every question we write is answered blind by a second, independent AI model before it is published; if the two disagree, or the reviewer finds the content out of date, it is not published. Explanations we add to textbook questions are checked the same way against the book's keyed answer, and a textbook question is shown only after a model that never saw the key chose the same answer. Where a fact was confirmed against a public reference, the question links it. No human clinician has reviewed every item, so treat a surprising answer as a reason to open your textbook. We never copy questions from commercial question banks, and we never ask anyone for questions remembered from a real exam.
Mistakes
Medicine changes and we can be wrong. If a question looks out of date or incorrect, write to yalamehahamed91@gmail.com and we will check it against the current guideline.
