Questions people ask
Will this make me pass?
No one can promise that, and we do not. The app gives you a large bank of exam-style questions with full reasoning, realistic mock exams and an honest readiness index. The work is yours.
Is it connected to the NCSBN, the NMC or a Gulf health authority?
No. It is an independent study aid. Exam names are used only to say what each simulation prepares you for; the real exam may differ and may change.
Does the payment renew?
Never. A Pass is one payment for a fixed number of days. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
Can I get my money back?
The Pass starts at once, so the 14-day right to cancel ends when it opens; you agree to that before you pay. If you were charged and the Pass did not open, or you were charged twice, write to us and we put it right or refund you.
Where is my progress kept?
In your browser, on your device. Your account keeps only your email, country, exam and Pass. You can save a copy of your progress from the app at any time.
