Nursing Exam Simulator

Terms of use

For the website edition. Effective 2 October 2026.

What this app is

The Nursing Exam Simulator is a study aid: practice questions with explanations, exam simulations, key points and progress tools for nursing licensing exams. It is published by HOMAFARVESAGA (trading as HiddenWay, hiddenway.info), Skyttehusgade 22B st, 7100 Vejle, Denmark, CVR 45135381.

It is independent of every examination body, regulator and school. Exam names are used only to say what the practice prepares for. The simulations follow the publicly described format of each exam; the real exam may differ and may change.

No guarantee

We do not promise that you will pass any exam, obtain a licence, a visa, a job or any other result. Scores and the readiness index describe your answers in this app only; they are not a prediction.

The content is prepared with care, but it may contain errors or be out of date. It is education, not medical or nursing advice, and it must never be used to make decisions about a patient. Always follow current guidelines, your employer's policy and your instructor.

Information about exams, eligibility, fees and migration is general background. Check the regulator before you plan.

"As is"

The app and its content are provided as they are and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose or uninterrupted availability, and we may change, add, remove or stop any content or feature at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example a failed exam, lost fees, lost time or lost income), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Pass in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Free plan and Pass

The Free plan and the Pass include what the Plans screen shows on the day you use it.

A Pass is a single payment for a fixed number of days. It starts when it is added to your account, does not renew by itself and ends on the date shown. Buying again while a Pass runs adds the days to its end. There is no lifetime Pass.

A Pass belongs to one account and one person, on at most two devices (each browser counts as one). Sharing, reselling or lending an account or a Pass is not allowed; we may end a Pass that is shared, without refund.

The price is the one shown in euro on our website and on the payment page before you pay, VAT included. It may change over time. A change does not affect a Pass already bought.

Payment, the right to cancel and refunds

You pay on the secure payment page of Stripe, our payment provider, by card or another method that page offers. The Pass is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

The Pass is digital content that starts at once. Before you pay you ask us to start it immediately and confirm that you know your 14-day right to cancel ends when it starts; this is what EU consumer law requires for digital content.

If you were charged and the Pass did not reach your account, if you were charged twice, or if the Pass does not work as described, write to info@hiddenway.info: we put it right or refund the payment. This does not limit the rights the consumer law of your country gives you.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep your email account secure; what is done with your account is treated as done by you. You can delete your account at any time; a running Pass ends with it.

What you may not do

Copy, extract, publish, sell or redistribute the questions, explanations, recordings or other content; use automated tools to collect it; remove or bypass the access controls; or use the app to break the law or an examination body's rules. We may suspend an account that does.

Support

You can write to us at info@hiddenway.info or through More > Support. We answer when we can; we do not promise a response time.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is in the app with its date. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the law of Denmark, without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
